Control Room Operator
Located at our Mount Holly, NC site, 足彩外围网站 is seeking a Control Room Operator to monitor all functions for their respective line. The role reports directly to the Shift Leader. The Operator will have end-to-end responsibility for all line-related processes, including monitoring, adjusting, equipment and employee communication, to ensure safety, quality, and uptime of the production line. The incumbent will demonstrate the ability to make decisions for the production team with a focus on leadership and continued operations. The Control Room Operator will be a role model for 足彩外围网站 core values, safety, quality, and serve as a steward of the 足彩外围网站 culture, while proactively engaging in communication and be a team player.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor all systems and employees during production and downtime events.
- Record downtime events accurately
- Assist Shift Leader with day-to-day operations of the Delta Line.
- Monitor equipment through SCADA and camera systems.
- Make minor machine adjustments to the PM within the Centerline requirements.
- Load correct recipes and adjust with Centerlines.
- Maintain housekeeping in Forming and Control Room areas.
- Starting/Stopping PM for safety and quality reason, as well as general production.
- Tracking defects and actively trying to find the source and correct/prevent the issues as they arise.
- Use equipment such as hand tools and overhead crane.
- Communicate with team members as needed.
- Lead by example in regards to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
Education & Experience:
- 1-3 years manufacturing experience
- 1-3 years leadership experience preferred
- Mathematical Skills: Basic Math
- Basic computer skills: typing, managing files, and navigating computer software.
