IHR ZUKÜNFTIGER WIRKUNGSKREIS:

• Strategische und operative HR-Verantwortung:
  Sie verantworten die operativen HR-Prozesse für den gesamten Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus, von der Rekrutierung über die Personalentwicklung bis hin zum Onboarding.
• Sparringspartner:
  Sie sind der zentrale Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte, Mitarbeiter und dem lokalen Betriebsrat.
• Prozessoptimierung und Innovation:
  Sie treiben die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der HR-Prozesse und -Verfahren voran. Sie entwickeln innovative Lösungen, um die HR-Leistungen zu verbessern.
• Personalentwicklung und -förderung:
  Sie gestalten zukunftsweisende Maßnahmen zur Entwicklung von Talenten und übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Nachfolgeplanung. Dabei identifizieren Sie in Zusammenarbeit mit den Führungskräften die Potentiale und ermitteln individuelle Entwicklungsbedürfnisse.
• Arbeitsbeziehungen:
  Sie repräsentieren das Unternehmen in den Arbeitsbeziehungen mit Betriebsräten und Gewerkschaften. Sie beraten Führungskräfte bei der Umsetzung von Arbeitsrecht und Betriebsvereinbarungen.
• Compliance:
  Sie stellen sicher, alle relevanten HR-Compliance-Anforde­run­gen erfüllt werden.

IHR PROFIL:

• Sie haben mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich, davon mindestens 3 Jahre in einer vergleichbaren Position.
• Sie haben bereits in einer Fertigungsumgebung gearbeitet.
• Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten.
• Sie sind eine kommunikationsstarke und überzeugende Persönlichkeit.
• Sie sind teamfähig und arbeiten gerne eigenverantwortlich.

YOUR FUTURE AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Strategic and operational HR responsibility:
  You will be responsible for the operational HR processes for the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to personnel development and onboarding.
• Sparring partner:
  You are the central point of contact for managers, employees and the local works council.
• Process optimization and innovation:
  You drive the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures. You develop innovative solutions to improve HR performance.
• Personnel development and promotion:
  You will design forward-looking talent development measures and take responsibility for succession planning. You will work with managers to identify potential and determine individual development needs.
• Labor relations:
  You represent the company in labor relations with works councils and trade unions. You will advise managers on the implementation of labor law and company agreements.
• Compliance:
  You ensure all relevant HR compliance requirements are met.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a comparable position.
• You have already worked in a manufacturing environment.
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• You are a strong communicator with a convincing personality.
• You are a team player and enjoy working independently.
