Unser Produktionsstandort in Steinfurt sucht zur Verstärkung des Lagerteams eine Teamleitung (m/w/d).

Am Standort Steinfurt produziert das Unternehmen mit ca. 200 Mitarbeitern auf zwei hochmodernen Anlagen Airlaid-Produkte, die täglich von einer Vielzahl von Menschen zur Hygiene und Körperpflege, im Haushalt, in Medizin und Gastronomie sowie anderen Anwendungsbereichen genutzt werden.

DEIN ANGESTREBTER KARRIEREWEG:

• Du bist für die schichtübergreifende Sicherstellung des internen und externen Materialflusses zuständig
• Du führst und betreust das Team und erstellst die Schicht-, Einsatz- und Urlaubspläne
• Du setzt die Vorschriften zu den Grundsätzen der Arbeitssicherheit um
• Du führst regelmäßig Schulungen im Bereich Lager durch
• Du koordinierst die Versandaufgaben in Abstimmung mit den angrenzenden Bereichen
• Du stimmst dich mit externen Logistikdienstleistern ab
• Du planst und führst die Inventuren durch
• Du achtest auf die Qualität der gelagerten Waren und stellst sicher, dass die Hygieneanforderungen eingehalten werden

DAS SOLLTEST DU MITBRINGEN:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder eine vergleichbare, abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (z.B. zum Meister)
• Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung
• Durchsetzungs- und Kommunikationsvermögen, sowie Teamfähigkeit
• Ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
• Sichere EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)

Our production site in Steinfurt is looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) to strengthen the warehouse team.

At the Steinfurt site, the company has around 200 employees and produces airlaid products on two ultra-modern plants, which are used daily by a large number of people for hygiene and personal care, in the household, in medicine and gastronomy and other areas of application.

YOUR DESIRED CAREER PATH:

• You are responsible for ensuring the internal and external flow of materials across all shifts
• You lead and supervise the team and create shift, work and vacation schedules
• You implement the regulations on the principles of occupational safety
• You carry out regular training in the warehouse area
• You coordinate the shipping tasks in coordination with the adjacent areas
• You coordinate with external logistics service providers
• You plan and carry out inventories
• You pay attention to the quality of the stored goods and ensure that hygiene requirements are met

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU:

• Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable, completed vocational training (e.g. as a master craftsman)
• Several years of professional and management experience
• Assertiveness, communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• A high degree of commitment, flexibility and resilience
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
